Development Environment Billing
Finds the development environments and flags the ones that are not set up for Azure pay-as-you-go billing.
Which environments count as development environments
The list reloads when you change these settings.
No Azure PAYG means the environment is not linked to any billing policy, so it cannot use Azure pay-as-you-go. Once its allocated capacity (and the tenant pool, if it can draw from it) is used up, Copilot Studio agents in it stop responding. PAYG off means it is linked to a billing policy that does not have pay-as-you-go turned on for Copilot Studio credits, or does not include them. Policy not enabled means the linked billing policy's status is not Enabled. Credits consumed are the figures the licensing API reports for the environment this month. Select an environment to change its allocated capacity, whether it can draw from the tenant, and the billing policy it is linked to. To change several environments at once, use Bulk edit on Environment capacity.
