Environment Credit Capacity
Copilot Studio credit allocation, billing setup and consumption for every Power Platform environment, from the Power Platform licensing API.
Allocated is the prepaid capacity assigned to the environment. Azure PAYG shows the billing policy the environment is linked to, and whether that policy has pay-as-you-go turned on for Copilot Studio credits. Prepaid consumed and PAYG consumed are the figures the API reports for the environment; it labels prepaid consumption as a snapshot rather than month to date, so the prepaid total can differ from the tenant-level Entitlement figure. Overage is prepaid consumption above the allocated and auto-allocated capacity, which is credit used without capacity or pay-as-you-go to cover it. Draw from tenant is the environment's TenantPool rule, which lets it use unallocated tenant capacity; the figure in brackets is how much it has drawn. Last used is the most recent day in the last 12 months on which the environment consumed Copilot Studio credits, taken from the usage recorded for each person. Credits the API does not attribute to a person, such as some autonomous agent runs, are not included. Last updated is the most recent consumption update the API reports for the environment.
