Copilot Studio credit consumption by environment, agent and person, from the Power Platform licensing API.

Consumption is loaded person by person, because the tenant-wide and per-environment resource endpoints return 403. Credits the API does not attribute to a person are therefore not included; compare the total with the Entitlement call in the explorer. Non-billable credits are included in the totals and shown separately where the API reports them. USD amounts are credits × $0.01, the Copilot Credit pay-as-you-go list price. Credits paid for from prepaid capacity packs cost less per credit, and non-billable credits are not charged, so the USD figures are a list-price estimate rather than an invoice amount.
